Description:
This course teaches you about freediving principles through independent study with the PADI Freediver Touch™ and 4 training sessions in the water.
Course consists of: Confined water session to learn breath hold techniques as well as static and dynamic apnea. 3x Open Water sessions to practice free immersion and constant weight freedives with proper buddy & safety procedures.
Course includes:
- Depth range: 0-16m
- Freediving gear included (excl wetsuit).
