AIDA 1 STAR
Prerequisites:
- Be 18 years of age or older (16 or 17 years old with parent or guardian consent)
- Be able to swim at least 100m non-stop</
Requirements: 1:15 min Static, 25m Dynamic, 5-8m Constant Weight (Targets, not mandatory)
Minimum water sessions: 1
This course offers a basic knowledge of freediving and introductory skills such as relaxation of body and mind, finning techniques, duck dives and equalisation

All the waters surrounding Bonaire are part of the internationally recognized Bonaire National Marine Park.
Before entering these waters, all users are required by law to purchase the STINAPA Marine Park Tag (Nature Fee).
