REGISTRATION GUIDELINES BONAIRE DEEPSEA CHALLENGE 2017
All participants are asked to be part of an AIDA National.
All participants must to show:
- Valid passport or ID.
- Medical certificate in English.
- Liability release- ( signed on registration day).
All participants are asked to use the Online Registration Form. Please read the instructions on the website carefully.
Please note that unpaid pre-registration will not be considered as a valid registration unless fully paid and confirmed.
Please make sure to pay your registration fee within the time-frame for the selected registration type provided below.
If your payment order was not received by the corresponding deadline date, the later fee will be automatically charged.
The fees for the Competition registration should be paid in US DOLLAR ($), free of bank charges*.
Payment by Paypal is recommended. Paypal offers a complete host of payment options, including credit card, debit-card and direct bank account transfer. Having a Paypal account can ease the process but is not mandatory.
Upon completing the registration form you will be asked to click on a link to PayPal. Your payment details (credit card number etc) are handled securely by PayPal.

By Bank Transfer
The payment must be made free of bank charges
This means that Deepsea Bonaire does not take into account any deduction from international transfers. Any amounts missing from the total entry fee shall be completed on the official registration day on Sept 15th and Sept 16th.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellation of registration:
- Until 14 June 2017 – reimbursement of 100% of the fee minus a $50 administrative fee.
- From 15 June 2017 until 15 August 2017 – reimbursement of 50% of the fee.
- From 16 Aug 2017 – no reimbursement will be paid under any circumstances.
- Transfer of registration to another person – a fee of $20 will be charged.
The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
